INTERSCHUTZ is regarded as the world’s leading trade fair for fire services, emergency medical services, civil protection and security and hazard prevention solutions. It brings together manufacturers, professionals, decision-makers and organisations from all over the world and offers a unique platform for innovation, knowledge transfer and personal exchange.
This year, the company STEITZ SECURA showcased its entire range of firefighting and rescue equipment across 150 square metres. The company‘s experts were on hand to carry out measurements and offer advice. The firefighting boot FIRE FIGHTER III GTX, the station duty shoe VD 3500 BOA SST SF and the rescue boot CK 640 GORE BOA SF could even be bought on the spot and taken straight home. Food and drinks were also available at the stand. One of the highlights this year was the firefighting competition, which took place right at the stand. Participants had to reel up two fire hoses and drag an 80 kg dummy from one side of the stand to the other. Exciting prizes awaited the winners at the end.
Conclusion: The trade fair concept, which was implemented in this way for the first time, proved to be a resounding success. The feedback on the competition, as well as on our shoes, was outstanding. We want to thank everyone who came to visit our stand and especially we want to thank the team of STEITZ SECURA, who made the trade fair possible in the first place. We will have very fond memories of these six days full of action, interesting conversations and new contacts.
