The new DURO GUARD series has been developed for a wide range of work areas and combines proven STEITZ SECURA features with innovative functionality. Robust leather styles are suitable for heavy-duty use, while lightweight microfibre versions are ideal for warehouses and production facilities. For even more comfort and safety, some styles are equipped with the BOA® Fit System – for quick on and off, millimetre-precise adjustment and a permanently secure fit, without the need for traditional laces. In addition, the styles in the DURO GUARD series are equipped with a VF insole that offers textile puncture resistence. Furthermore, the SECURA VARIO system with weight-dependent replaceable cushioning modules in the heel area ensures individually tailored comfort and optimal cushioning with every step.
The DURO GUARD series is designed without steel or aluminium toe caps. This makes them completely metal-free – and noticeably lighter. As a sustainable alternative, they feature the ECO-Cap made from recycled ocean plastic. It reliably withstands impact forces, providing a robust and eco-friendly solution.

Some styles in the DURO GUARD series are equipped with high-quality leather. It keeps the foot breathable and comfortably dry even in wet conditions. Selected styles also feature a GORE-TEX® lining, providing complete waterproof protection.
The microfibre styles of this series feature a newly developed ceramic toe guard, which reliably protects the upper material from abrasion and damage. The leather styles have a durable TPU overcap in the toe area, which also ensures a high level of protection and durability.

With the newly developed PERBUNAN MULTI FLEX sole, STEITZ SECURA introduces an outsole that combines durability with high flexibility. It is designed to optimally supportnatural movement and at the same time increase comfort during everyday work.
The highlight of the sole is the integrated flex zone in the forefoot joint area. A softer, more flexible Perbunan material is used here, while the rest of the sole is made of firmer Perbunan. This intelligent combination of different materials ensures targeted flexibility,noticeable relief for the joints and maximum comfort, whether walking or standing.The coarse treaded outsole guarantees excellent slip resistance on a wide variety of surfaces and gives the sole its distinctive, secure stability. In combination with the proven STEITZ SECURA multi-width system, the PERBUNAN MULTI FLEX sole actively contributes to injury prevention and long-lasting well-being. The new outsole is being used for the first time in the styles of the DURO GUARD series – for comfort, safety and stability at the highest level.

The quick and flexible BOA® Fit System replaces traditional lacing and enhances safety by eliminating loose laces that could get caught in machinery, for example. The CP 4400 BOA SF is completely metal-free and equipped with a lightweight composite toe cap and a textile midsole for puncture resistance. The perfect choice for warehouses, workshops and many other working environments.
The lightweight, quick-drying, vegan and chrome-free EXTRAGUARD upper material from our partner GORE-TEX® takes comfort, protection and sustainability to a whole new level. Thanks to its innovative structure, the material remains permanently lightweight – even when wet. It dries quickly and is particularly easy to care for. At the same time, it reduces heat loss, ensures a comfortable foot climate and impresses with its durability. EXTRAGUARD thus stands for modern wearing comfort, functional protection and sustainable performance.
Sawing work – for example in forestry operations – requires special protection. The upper material for our new chainsaw boot has a material thickness of 2,4 mm, making it particularly robust. It stops the cut of a chainsaw at speeds of up to 24 m/s, ensuring that the foot remains reliably protected. As the shoe is used outdoors, the upper material is also water-resistant. The integrated GORE-TEX® lining makes it permanently waterproof and breathable at the same time – for safe and comfortable use in all weather conditions.

You can rely on VARIO DYNAMICS. For over 10 years, these styles have proven themselves in daily use and this year, the range is being expanded with new and innovative products. The new styles have a modern look and are equipped with the proven TPU Athletic outsole. They are exceptionally lightweight and contain the SECURA VARIO® cushioning system, which absorbs the shock of every step and relieves the musculoskeletal system – perfect for long hours of walking or standing. The water-repellent microfibre upper ensures durability in everyday use. Selected versions also include a GORE-TEX® lining, delivering complete waterproof protection while remaining breathable. Textile Puncture Resistance (SF)
Our new styles will soon also be available in an SF version. To protect against sharp or pointed objects – such as protruding nails – a puncture resistant midsole is integrated into the footwear. STEITZ SECURA offers a textile alternative to the conventional steel sole that ensures the same high level of protection – without metal and considerably lighter. Its tightly woven structure stops sharp objects from piercing the sole just as effectively as steel. According to the new EN ISO 20345:2024 standard, perforation protection is identified by an S or L, indicating the nail used fortesting:
